Meeting Minutes
March 17, 2005

Meeting commenced at 5:07 

Members present:  Stephanie Koonz, Greg Trulson, Kim Greenwood
Public present:  none

Nomination of officers:  Stephanie Koonz was elected President, Greg Trulson was elected Treasurer and Kim Greenwood was elected Secretary

It was agreed that the current meetings times of the 4th Thursday of the month in winter and the 4th wed in summer worked well for everyone.  

Goals For this year (in order of importance and completion)

I.  Mowing
2. Open house for monument at Crossett Brook - need to think about date, June 17 was set as tentative date 
3. Gate at Phillips and clean up at fence line 
4. Fence and sign at Scrabble Hill 
5. Fence around Sprague

Treasurers report:  "State of Cemetery Commission is sound" - Greg Trulson
 
No activity in the perpetual care account since Dec 8 meeting. 

Kim will bring in a plethora of tubes to store the gravestone rubbings in.

Stephanie will call Don Robinson to see how big gate at Phillips Cemetery should be.  Some trees (at least one) and brush will need to come out and be hauled off site (can't be put over the fence).  

At the next meeting we will finalize the Policies and Rules
