Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Secretary’s Report
Reviewed July minutes.  Motion to approve with Changes.  September minutes:  read and approved.  

Treasurer’s report:  Read and approved.  Discussion about lumber for puncheon for Crossett Brook Cemetery and whether to have it cut for us.  Motion was made and seconded to have Station Lumber cut it for us. They will store it over the winter as well. 

Kim to double-check wetland class and whether a C.U.D. “permit” is necessary. (Checked with WQD wetlands staff on Oct 27, 2005 and none is needed - KLG) 

Greg and Stephanie picked out two stones.

Trip to Montreal:  Greg was elected as the V.P. of VT Cemetery Association.  Toured Mount Royal cemetery and building.  Both said it was a very interesting trip. 

Stephanie and Greg went to Landon Hayden and pulled fence and gate and disposed of it properly. 

Greg will remind Daniel to post rules and regs on website.

New business:  Discussion of 2006 budget to be sent to Selectboard by Nov. 10 for their Nov. Meeting.  We are asking for $1400 for various expenses for next year.  Greg will print off tonight, give to Stephanie and she will give to Selectboard
