Duxbury Cemetery Commission Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 8:30 p.m..

Present:  Stephanie Koonz, Greg Trulson, Kim Greenwood

Secretary’s Report
Postponed until Feb., 2007 meeting.

Treasurer's report 
Postponed until Feb. 2007 meeting.

Budget:  A motion was made to request $4500.00 for 2007.  This budget includes cleaning and fixing of the stones at Landon-Hayden and Phillips.  The budget was unanimously approved.  Greg will e-mail the budget to Ken as well as the 2006 Commission report.

Annual Review of the Rules and Regulations and Policies and Procedures:  several changes were made to the Rules and Regulations to update them based on our evaluations of their effectiveness during the past year.  The revisions were approved and the amended versions were signed.

The next meeting will be held February 28, 2007 at 5:00 p.m..
