Duxbury Cemetery Commission Meeting Minutes

July 26, 2006

Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m..

Present: Stephanie Koonz, Greg Trulson, Kim Greenwood

Secretary’s Report

Minutes for the June, 2006 meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer's report

The treasurer’s report was read and approved with an update from the latest Banknorth statement.

Crossett Hill Dedication Ceremony

Greg will check with Civil War Hemlocks to see if they would be willing to participate.

Details of the ceremony were parsed and no one was spared.

Phillips and Landon-Hayden Markers

Both stones with plaques were placed on July 18, 2006 and look fantastic! The commission is very excited to have the new signs in place.

Other Business

We would like Dave to let us know what he will charge for mowing next year before our budget is developed so that we can properly budget for the cost.

Next meeting

The next meeting will be held August 23, 2006 at 5:00 at the Town Offices.
