Duxbury Cemetery Commission Meeting Minutes
June 27, 2007
	
Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m..

Members Present:  Stephanie Koonz, Greg Trulson, Kim Greenwood

Secretary’s Report
The Secretary’s report was read.  March minutes were not available and will be reviewed at the Commission’s next meeting.

Treasurer’s Report 
The Treasurer’s report was read and approved.  

Memorial Cleaning
Stephanie will contact the cleaners, Walbridge, to determine their schedule for commencing the cleanings.

New Business
A resource guide from the New England Cemetery Association was presented and reviewed by the Commissioners.  All found it to be a valuable reference resource.

A clean up is planned for Crossett Hill Cemetery on July 11, 2007 at 4:30.  We will pick up blown branches and generally pick up the cemetery.

A fence installation at Sprague Cemetery is scheduled for July 25, 2007 at 4:30.

The next meeting will be held July 11, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
