Duxbury Cemetery Commission Meeting Minutes
February 28, 2007
	
Meeting called to order at 5:20 p.m..

Present:  Stephanie Koonz, Greg Trulson, Kim Greenwood

Secretary?s Report
The Secretary?s report was read and approved with changes.

Treasurer's Report 
The Treasurer?s report was read and approved.

Spring Burial Report  
Greg presented a bill to Barber and Lanier Funeral and Cremation Service for a burial in the Phillips Cemetery.

Town Meeting
There was a general discussion regarding Town Meeting day.  Kim will bring a display of Crossett Hill.  

Associations
Greg attended the New England Cemetery Association?s 37th Cemetery Management Seminar in New Hampshire.  It was very worthwhile.  

The Vermont Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting on April 19, 2007 in Burlington, VT.  

New Business
Meeting dates were set for 2007.

Next meeting
The next meeting will be held March 28, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
