Duxbury Cemetery Commission Meeting Minutes
March 28, 2007
	
Meeting called to order at 4:52 p.m..

Members Present:  Stephanie Koonz, Greg Trulson, Kim Greenwood
Guest: Mark Morse

Guest Mark Morse visited us with questions regarding genealogical research.  

Secretary’s Report
The Secretary’s report was read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report 
The Treasurer’s report was read and approved.  We will request our line-item budget from the Select Board.  Stephanie will write this request.

Memorial Cleaning
Kevin Walbridge and his father will call before they commence the cleaning.  We will send a letter outlining our expectations, our involvement in the cleaning, the addition of Scrabble Hill, if possible, and for the payment once the cleaning has been completed.    

Burials
Roy Walker will be buried.  No date has been set.  Steven O. Tracy, a resident of Duxbury passed away.
 
Associations
The Vermont Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting on April 19, 2007 in Burlington, VT.  Kim plans to attend.

New Business
Wade Morse would like to submit an estimate for the mowing of the cemeteries.  Greg will get him a copy of our mowing memo, which we provide to all who bid on the mowing, and will ask him to put in a request for 2008 after he has reviewed it.  Eric Howe would also like to submit an estimate for the mowing for 2008, Greg will send him a copy of the memo also.

Next meeting
There will be no April meeting.  The next meeting will be held May 23, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
