Duxbury Planning Commission Meeting 1/2/07

Catherine opened the meeting @ 6:40 pm.
The topic of the meeting on this night;
Defining areas and neighborhoods and uses within areas.  The Board also discussed the type of questioner to be mailed to residents for their views.
 The survey still isn’t ready but will be by Feb 6th meeting. It will be mailed out before town meeting and copies will be available for townspeople @ town meeting in case they want to fill it out there.
It will consist of the following:

	1 Should Duxbury Zoning have standards to regulate renewable
        energy?
	2 Have a question on open spaces and do what? No development?
	3 How do you protect the character of the neighborhood?
	4 Identify the area you live in (ex. Route 100, Dowesville, Camels
        Hump)

After the questioner a public meeting would be warned to group all the input by are The mailing will be a 1 page document that all residents will receive.

Other business:
	Catherine will fill out a budget request for a line item in the Town Report.  Table of contents will be placed on the Zoning Regulation booklets Maps of town will be finished and new copies made
