Planning commission meeting Feb. 5th 2007
Board members attending: Catherine Cjuessing, Wayne Walker, Winston Roberts, 
Jay Ziskrout
Clerk: Al Quesnel
Guests: David Specht, and Chris Kolicha
Meeting was called to order @ 6:35 by chair Catherine.
The topic of the meeting was to go over and finalize the 2007 Duxbury Zoning survey.
Catherine asked if there were questions on the survey. David Specht had a couple of questions on some of the wording. This was changed to make the survey easier to understand. Jay and Wayne had some other changes that they thought were needed  
The rest of the group agreed and they changed them
Timber & Wildlife district needs clarification. This will be done and the final draft will 
Reflect them.
	David asked what was being done to prevent someone from stuffing the ballot box. The group hadn’t thought about it before, but said the address of the person would be required on ballot.
Motion was made to approve the changes by Jay- 2nded by Wayne and all members voted in favor of it.
Catherine and Wayne gave an overview of the Town plan and Regulations.
Nothing else was on the agenda.
Catherine introduced Chris to the group as a potential board member. He was asked to tell his background and why he wanted to be a member. 
The group voted to recommend his name to the Select board.
David let it be known that he wanted to be a member of the board but was never given an interview.
	Planning commission meetings will be held on Monday nights starting on March 5th.2007.
Winston suggested that the board look at a software program called SURVEY MONKEY
The price for monthly fee is $19.95. (This will tally the answers on the survey questioner
The board thought 3 months would be enough to get the survey results and voted to approve $60.00 for it.
	No other business so Wayne made motion to close meeting, Winston 2nded all voted in favor of adjournment @ 7:15 pm
