May 9th 2006 Duxbury DRB report
Board members attending meeting: Randy Berno Chair,  Ken Griffith lll,
Wayne Walker, Zeb Towne.
DRB clerk and Zoning Administrator: Al Quesnel
Guests: Mark Lanphear-appliciant
	Chairman Berno called the meeting to order @7:10 PM.
1st order of business was to hear permit request #06-007 for a variance for Mark Lanphear. People that wished to provide testimony were sworn in. Randy asked Mark to explain to the board what his proposal was.
	Mark explained that he needed the space to store his tractor and other supplies so they would be inside under cover. He also said that was the only space that he could put the addition. (Septic, River and driveway ) prevented another location. No questions from board members-so public portion of meeting closed. Randy said he would entertain a motion.Zeb Made motion to grant applicant 14 foot variance to build his storage building .Ken 2ned motion and all approved.
2nd order of business: Approving minutes of prior meeting. Minutes were presented to board and they were approved and signed off by all members.
 3rd order of business: Zoning administrator talked about enforcement issues he had taken care of and the ones he still had to pursue.
4th order of business: ELECTIONS OF OFFICERS
Randy Berno chair—Moe Lavanway co-chair – Wayne Walker Clerk—all voted back in office.
