Duxbury DRB Minutes 1/9/07
Board members attending meeting: Randy Berno (Chair) Ken Griffith lll,   & Moe Lavanway, & Zeb Towne (reclused himself for voting worked on survey crew).

Meeting was called to order @ 7:05 pm by Chair Randy Berno
1st order of business was the hearing of application # 06-055-2 lot Sub-division. Lot 1- 5 acre parcel- lot 2 -15.2 +or - acre parcel on Richardson Road.
Randy swore in Louise Duvall and asked for proof of mailing certificates.
He asked her to explain in her own words what the application was. 
She stated that she wanted to split off a 5 acre parcel for her house and would leave the 15.2 acre parcel for Eric Morgenson for his house. The survey map clearly stated where the property would be divided and the house locations (along with septic).
Moe asked about setbacks for the driveway. Being a private driveway zoning doesn’t require any.
Board had not other questions so chair entertain a motion. Moe made the motion to approve the sub-division with 2 conditions:
A. Low wattage downcast lighting
B. Place for emergency vehicles to turn around on road-(this is to be done by Aug 1st 2007.
2nd order of business:
Sign off minutes of prior meeting- (this was done)
3rd order of business:
Budget for DRB.
2006 budget was $750	proposed 2007 - $1000
2006 Assist was $2000	Proposed 2007 - $2500
2007 – Request from Select board for a budget of $25 dollars for each member of DRB
To cover fuel expenses for site visits (total of $125).
DRB Clerk was asked to get a copy of the expenditures for Board for 2006.


No other items –chair entertained a motion for adjournment. Ken made motion and Moe 
2nded –all voted in favor of adjournment.
