Duxbury DRB meeting Nov 13.2007

Members attending: Chair Randy Berno, Eric Ladensack, Wayne Walker,Ken Griffith III 
		           Alternate Martin Berno

Guests:  Mark Morse, Fred & Carol Collins

Meeting called to order @7:00 pm by Chair Berno.

All people that were to testify were sworn in.
Certified copies were given to the clerk

1st order of business: Permit # 07-053   Chair Berno Asked Mark to give a description of his plan. Mark said he had 36.6 acres of land on Route 100 and he wanted to give his daughter 3.4 +or – acres for a house. This would be lot 1 A. Lot 2 would have the remainder 33.2 +or – would remain with the present structure.
Randy asked the Collins if they had any questions. The Collins was concerned about the location of the septic system and the potential impact it would have on their water well.
After examine the site plan it looks like it will be over 200 foot from the well.
 
Public portion was closed @ 7:21 pm.

The chair said he would entertain a motion.

Ken made the motion to approve permit # 07-053   to sub-divide 3.4+/- acres from the 36.6 acres leaving 33.2+/- acres for lot 2 with the structure. Also the new lot will have downcast lighting for the outside and will use the present curb cut.
Martin 2nded the motion. All voted in favor of permit.  

2nd order of business: Approving meeting minutes. Read by all and approved
No new business.
3rd order was a brief discussion on Harwood sign & meeting date (12/11/07)

Wayne made motion to adjourn at 7:40- Eric 2nded and all approve. Meeting adjourned.
