DUXBURY SELECT BOARD MINUTES
                    August 7, 2006

Members Present: JoAnn Berno, Paul Brusa, Fred Collins, Craig Isvak
Others Present: Ken Scott

The special SELECT BOARD meeting was called to order at 6:05.  Fred made a motion that the
SELECT BOARD set the tax rate @ 1.4012 for residential and 1.4768 for non-residential.  Craig
seconded.  All in favor.  Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
