David Quenneville reported that the Moretown truck is being kept in the Duxbury Town Garage and everything is working out fine. Health Insurance: Glenn Mink presented the board with copies of a Flexible Benefits Proposal and a Premium Conversion Plan Proposal which can allow employees to save money on a pre-tax basis. Copies of each will be included with the official minutes on file at the town clerk’s office. Old Business: Town Clerk Ken Scott reported that one way of paying for a portion of the cost of tax mapping was through grant money sent from the state.
